Up to my eyeballs in...

Help...I'm up to my eyeballs in eyeballs...

Really. Who knew that knitters were so macabre? I've been felting eyeballs every evening and spinning gore all day for a week now with no end in site. It's a good thing I like spinning these things.

There will be an update tomorrow, albeit small, I've been getting where the hell are the shop updates? e-mails, and I'm here to please. Oh, and I finally saw somebody say something mean about me (my yarns) on some random blog. I felt bad for like, a minute, then I said huh-uh.

They'll also be another blog post (i know, right? 2 in so many days? wow), all about this months yarn club yarns -- a study, each different, all the same. Should be interesting, I spun them and I'm still not sure how it'll shape up.

So, tomorrow...

Hee hee. You knew we'd all go ga-ga for the eyeballs. I just haven't called you with my order yet. That and the 'maters.

(so, who said something nasty? I'll go and kick their knees.)

The eyeballs are fabulous.

Don't get too pushed around about the shop updates. That's when it stops being fun.

There are some stinkers out there. Ignore 'em and keep your head held high.

So you can't see me sneak in and bite their kneecaps ...

Totally off subject, but holy shit- I had no idea you were in Baltimore! That's awesome.

Also, the eyeballs? Fascinating. The yarn you're spinning them into makes me think of intestines (which makes me think of zombies, which makes me happy).

It has to be said, I can't hold it in any more...... I fancy your Dad!!!

I also fancy your eyeball yarn but not in quite the same way, obviously. Well, I hope it was obvious, I mean that'd be weird, no?

Take care Jacey, love your spinning girl!!

I love the eyeballs. I think my Goddaughter would totally get a kick out of those. I should make her an eyeball scarf. That would be awesome to knit in the hospital during labor!

Of course, I may not be able to part with an eyeball scarf and have to keep it for myself...

i'm into the tomato vine and also interested in kicking the arse of anyone saying bad things about you or your yarn. cyberly, natch -- i'd so lose in a real fight.

Hi, Jacey--

I got my eyeball yarn today (and the tomato vine). I just ran for the knitting needles when I opened the package and have almost finished knitting an eyeball scarf--which is going to be a world time record from post office to finished object.

Insubordiknit Rocks!
