A real yarn!

Come on, ya gotta click on that one to get a better look. It's my 4th yarn and the best one yet! It's spun randomly out of the roving in the previous post and then navaho plied, which I just learned offa a streaming video on this site. It's a ruper cool technique. Two previous yarns I made I plied on the themselves and then on each other but both were either very barber pole-y (2 different yarns or very muddied (2 bobbins of the same yarn with short color changes). Navajo plying allows the color ways to stay tru-ish, plus it's easy and makes a nice round 3 ply yarn. It's only 40 yrds but if you think about it, that means I spun over 100 yrds! Lookat me go!
